We currently ship our products exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you encounter any issues with your orders, such as missing items or damaged products, it's important to address them promptly. However, please note that once your package leaves Art of Where’s studio (Art of Where is our manufacturing partner), it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Any damage caused by the carrier or during the process of opening is not the responsibility of Paint the World. However, if your package is damaged by the carrier, we can open a claim on your behalf. Additionally, if your order is of high value, you may have the option to add additional insurance to it. Feel free to contact us if you would like to insure your order or if your package arrived damaged, and we'll assist you accordingly.
Paint the World® is a 501(c)3 dedicated to inspiring creative expression in individuals, organizations and communities by providing collaborative artistic experiences that enable participants to spontaneously engage their creative minds. PTW does this by installing semi-permanent blank canvas installations in communities that have little access to arts funding.

To maintain the longevity of your Fine Art Prints from Paint the World, handle them with care by avoiding direct contact with bare hands, display them away from sunlight and moisture, use acid-free framing materials, clean gently with a soft cloth, store flat in acid-free portfolios, and keep them away from environmental hazards. Following these guidelines will help preserve the quality and beauty of your prints for years to come!
Our fine art prints are made with high-quality materials and advanced technology, using Breathing Color Pura Smooth paper and Epson Ultrachrome HDX inks for archival quality and longevity. They are resistant to humidity, UV rays, and atmospheric ozone, making them a perfect addition to any space!
Upon receiving their order, customers can expect to find the print products they selected along with a custom artist card and a sticker included in the package. These additional items are designed to provide a personalized touch to the purchase. www.painttheworld.com/shop and shop.painttheworld.com list exactly the same products, and both are linked to our platform our Shopify. However, the way the products are listed on Shopify includes more robust features such as the ability to zoom in further on images and view additional product details. We have included our products for sale on both Paint the World's website (www.painttheworld.com/shop) and Shopify's web-builder (shop.painttheworld.com) in an effort to provide you with whichever user experience you prefer.
