I was responsible for designing the levels as well as building them inside Torque Game Builder. Other duties included placing camera boxes, to control the movements of the camera; monsters, which would either add or subtract from the difficulty of the level; placing paint cans, for the players score; and placing the art assets for the individual levels, which created the world behind Vern. I was also responsible for testing all of the levels.
I am from Fort Worth, Texas. Before I graduated High School, I spent 2 years in programming classes and in my senior year I was part of a software development team that placed 3rd in a national competition for Business Professionals of America. During High school I also spent 3 years in technical theater; I was responsible for anything from construction, light design and stage management. Since I have been in college I have become a Resident Assistant for the school-sponsored housing for 4 semesters, and I am a club leader for the Trading Card Game Club at UAT. I have also been in several DVA videos for students at UAT, the most popular of which can be viewed at http://youtube.com/watch?v=uBZ2K_EHX3k
In my spare time I enjoy playing Trading Card Games, reading, and going to the movies . . . a lot.
